It is a social, cultural and voluntary organization that aims at promoting Omani women in all social and cultural arenas. It also works to expand the voluntary women work base in terms of number and geographical area. Its headquarters is located in the wilaya of Sur in Al-Sharqiyah Governorate.     

Second: Objectives

  1. Seek to socially, economically and culturally qualify and empower women
  2. Raise the level of women’s awareness on the society’s matters and its needs and how to deal with them in order to improve the family’s life.
  3. Cooperate with all institutions and individuals to enhance women’s knowledge, skillful and personal level through specialized programs.

Second: Objectives

To work in the field of social work as follows:

  1. Promote the level of its members in social, cultural and other different fields.
  2. Organize events that contribute to strengthen the bonds of affection among the Association’s members, make benefit of their capacities, develop their skills, discover their talents take care of them and rehabilitate them.
  3. Help orphans and needy families; spread the voluntary work culture to dedicate the concepts of social solidarity to meet the requirements of society; conduct charitable programs and events and offer their revenues to the needy.
